Travel Insurance


We strongly recommend that clients purchase travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, and loss of personal belongings. Trio Travel Services LLC is not responsible for costs incurred due to lack of insurance coverage.

Passport and Visa Requirements
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have a valid passport and meet all visa requirements for entry into Turkiye. Trio Travel Services LLC is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to incomplete or incorrect travel documentation.

Liability

  1. Third-Party Providers: Trio Travel Services LLC works with third-party providers for accommodations, transportation, and other services. While we select reputable partners, we cannot be held liable for their actions or any issues that arise during your trip due to third-party actions.

  2. Limitation of Liability: Trio Travel Services LLC is not liable for damages, injuries, delays, or cancellations beyond our control, including those caused by natural disasters, government actions, or strikes.

Booking and Payment

  1. Deposit and Payment: A deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment must be made by the specified due date, or the booking may be canceled.

  2. Pricing: Prices listed on our website or in our communications include all specified accommodations, transportation, and activities in Turkiye. All prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or other uncontrollable factors.

  3. Payment Methods: Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. Client Cancellations: Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy, which varies depending on the package. A percentage of the total cost may be non-refundable if canceled within a specified period before departure.

  2. Agency Cancellations: Trio Travel Services LLC reserves the right to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will receive a full refund, minus any third-party fees.

  3. Changes to Bookings: Clients may request changes to their bookings, but availability and additional charges may apply.
